Hydro Sealant AV-310

AV-310 Hydro Sealant is a standard viscosity
hydrophilic polyurethane injection resin designed to control
water and seal moving non-structural cracks in concrete.
When AV-310 comes in contact with moisture, this
nonflammable resin quickly expands to form a flexible
closed-cell polyurethane foam. After curing it becomes an
extremely tough and adhesive foam capable of withstanding
excessive temperature changes and movement. AV-310 Hydro
Sealant is an extremely effective water barrier. AV-310 does
not contain acetone or listed VOC's |

AV-315 Micro Foam is a prepolymer resin which
specializes in sealing leaks in fine cracks. AV-315 has an
extremely low viscosity which reacts rapidly with even
proportions of water to form resilient, impermeable foam
with excellent adhesion to concrete and similar materials.
AV-315 does not contain acetone or listed VOCs.
Nonflammable.
AV-315 Micro Foam’s specifically engineered properties make
it one of the lowest viscosity, hydrophilic urethanes
available. |

a compression seal. |

AV-254 Gelseal is a chemical grouting product
which forms a gel mass when it comes in contact with water.
AV-254 is a low viscosity urethane prepolymer grout and is
applied in much the same manner as acrylamide grout, but has
the advantages of being a one-component system. AV-254
Gelseal has superior strength and safety features compared
to other grouts. After curing, AV-254 Gelseal forms a
flexible and effective barrier to water infiltration. The
strength of AV-254 Gelseal can be improved by the addition
of AV-257 Icoset (gel reinforcing agent) added to the water
side. AV-254 does not contain acetone or listed VOCs.. |

AV-350 Multi Gel is a urethane resin that
reacts with water to form an impermeable gel material.
Typically, AV-350 is injected at a ratio of (8:1) 8 parts

provides a free-flowing liquid for enhanced penetration into
small cracks, void spaces, soil and backfill materials. |

substrate is anticipated. |

| AV-275 Soilgrout is a
MDI-based, low viscosity, single component, hydrophobic
polyurethane liquid designed to penetrate certain soils and bind
these soils together to form a dense mass which may attain high
compressive strengths. When this grouting compound is pumped
into certain soils, it reacts with little or no moisture and
expands to make a permanent and impermeable mass which will not
allow water to pass through it. High tolerance to UV rays.

| Duriflex AV-118

AV-118 Duriflex is a
water solution of acrylic resins. With the addition of
catalysts, a cohesive gel is formed. The set time of this gel
may be closely controlled from a few seconds to several hours
even in flowing water.
Because the behavior of the materials can be closely controlled
under leak flow conditions, AV-118 Duriflex is ideal for sealing
leaks in sewer pipe joints and manholes. It also performs
equally well when used to control water seepage in soil and rock
or cracks and joints in subgrade concrete structures. |

| Catalyst T+

| AV-101 Catalyst T+ acts
as a buffer and sometimes appears to act as a catalyst in the
AV-100 gel mix. Triethanolamine (TEA) is the primary ingredient
in AV-101 Catalyst T+. The proprietary blend of other additives
with the TEA makes up a liquid which actually functions as an
activator for the reaction. These other ingredients allow field
use of AV-101 in cold weather without the annoying occurrence of
crystallization or “freezing” to which normal TEA is subject. . |

| AV-102 Catalyst AP
(ammonium persulfate) is a granular material and a strong
oxidizing agent. It is the initiator that triggers the reaction.
Generally, AP is dissolved in water and added as a 1 to 3
percent solution to the catalyst-side tank. |
